For me, it’s maintaining the requisite energy that I need to have, not just through a day because a day is easy, but through an entire year. As the adult in the room you have to be the balanced one, and if you really want to motivate your kids to learn, you have to have energy. For me that is the biggest challenge, making sure I stay on the positive side of life and that I renew my energy throughout the year. That’s the challenge.
