If someone has taken the time to get their degree and go through a teaching credential program and they are that first year teacher, I would say ‘Stick with it. It does get easier.’ That first year everything is so new it can be a challenge. But if you stick with it, if you really have the dedication, if this is really what you want to do, it’s really worth it.
