There were a whole series of steps. There was a behavior management component, lesson planning component, psychology classes that we had to take. There was just a whole range that we went through. Probably the most important thing was the cohort where we’d meet regularly with other teachers. Some were at the high school, some were at the middle school, and we shared our experiences. We learned a lot from that, from each other.
