There will be many challenges you will face in the beginning years of your career. Meet regularly with colleagues to seek advice and share ideas. Be open to advice  you'll be continually learning new techniques and strategies to help your students achieve their goals.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the students' growth and progress. Witnessing the continuum of starting a child in the LSH program with limited speech skills, and guiding that child to the point of being able to ask for help and communicate with peers and family members, is pure joy!
