It is important to learn all you can from your mentor teachers, and make sure you get into the BTSA program. Always let the students know you care about their future and always strive to get better as a teacher. We should never stop learning or trying to improve our teaching. No teacher is perfect, we all need to continue to try to get better no matter how long you have been teaching.

The best thing about teaching is the students. It is very rewarding to have the opportunity to watch them grow and see them strive to reach their potential.
