Services of the Site

The Site provides services and tools for learning about teaching as a career, credentialing requirements, planning and preparing for a teaching career in California, and finding a job as a teacher.

CDE/SED reserves the right to revise, enhance, add or remove tools and features from current Services at any time without notice or liability to you or any third party. However, CDE/SED is under no obligation to update or upgrade any tools, features, data, links or services on the Site. Any new, enhanced or modified services provided in the future by the Site shall be governed by these terms of service unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You acknowledge that CDE/SED does not evaluate Content for accuracy, appropriateness, timeliness or reliability and that its availability on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any kind by CDE/SED. You agree that CDE/SED is not responsible for and will have no liability for any reliance by you or any third party on such Content.

PRIVACY POLICY

CDE/SED respects the privacy of Site users, and does not sell, rent or otherwise provide personal information to third parties. However, there may links on the Site which go to Web sites owned and/or operated by third parties who may have different privacy policies. You and not CDE/SED are responsible for knowing and understanding the privacy policies of third party Web sites before providing them with personal information.

CDE/SED uses personal information you may provide in two ways.
