Remember that our mere "9 to 5 job" is a matter of life or death, as the success and failures of our students will dramatically affect their futures, near and far, in more ways than we will ever know.
It is the task of pushing "apparently ordinary" students to new heights, causing them to work harder than they have ever worked before, only to discover that "it" was in them all along. Students will surprise you, they have more in them than they often times get credit for.
