Provisions and Principles of the U.S. Constitution

Completion, on or after January 1, 1997, from a state determined to have equivalent U.S. Constitution course standards

OR

Completion of a course (at least two semester units or three quarter units) in the provisions and principles of the United States Constitution.

OR

Passage of an examination in the subject given by a regionally accredited junior college, college, or university.

OR

Applicants from the interstate agreement states are considered to have successfully met the U.S. Constitution requirement.
