Sometimes I have trouble balancing my time. I teach 160 kids. 160 papers a day I get from them. Aides are the ticket for my grade book. They save me so much time, my teacher’s aides; we call them Inside Work Experience people, so IWE is what they are called. Last year I had four aides and I didn’t have to spend so much time grading. This year, I only have one aide and that makes a lot of extra time for me to get some grading. I try to get here early in the morning; I don’t like getting here late. It’s a rotten way for me to start the day, to be in a hurry all the time. So I like to get here early in the morning and get things done before everything is going and then that way I can just cruise through the day. That helps me a lot.
